Design/Build Cancer Center (Methuen, MA)

~ 5,000 square foot renovation of existing medical office space to Cancer Center

Key Highlights:

  • Design/Install of USP 797 Pharmacy
  • Worked with client to utilize existing space and Value Engineer costs by 50%

Design/Build Medical Office Fit-Out (Brockton, MA)

~ 3,500 square foot Medical Office Suite w/ radiology (Approx. Value: $500k)

Design/Build PCP/Radiology Office (Brookline, MA)

~ 8,000 square foot medical office building that includes a radiology suite and multiple physician practices (Approx. Value: $1.8 Million)

Key Highlights:

  • Worked with building owner to upgrade electrical service & install new handicap ramp.
  • Designed layout to include two separate practices. Worked with different practices to ensure common areas reflected all expectations.

Design/Build PCP Tenant Fit-Out (Needham, MA)

~ 7,000 square foot medical office suite for multiple physician practices (Approx. Value: $1.2 Million)

Key Highlights:

  • Designed layout to work as POD structure to encompass 4 different practices.
  • Designed/installed state of the art VAV HVAC systems to alleviate different comfort demands via practices.

Design/Build Tenant Fit-Out (Raynham, MA)

~ 3,000 square foot urgent care facility w/ radiology (Approx. Value: $500k)

Key Highlights:

  • Collaborated with NSTAR to install new transformer that saved client $20k in radiology
    equipment upgrade costs.
