Preconstruction & Planning
GenCon's Preconstruction team engages with clients early in the planning and design phases to provide support through the decision making process. Our group, made up of designers, planners, estimators and builders, uses our historical data, knowledge of the industry and experience to execute deliverables.

Design/Build
In the design/build model, the responsibility for the design and construction is entrusted to one entity with no divided responsibilities and their resultant problems. Through a coordinated approach, our design/build team works with your management and engineering personnel to identify your needs and provide counsel on important decisions that can affect design, performance, and cost. This approach also provides faster occupancy and facilities operation — the cooperative team effort permits you to accomplish tasks faster by cutting down design, engineering, and construction time.

Construction Management
Our team of experienced Construction Managers approach each project with a plan to execute flawlessly. We focus on identified goals and work closely with each client to make sure expectations are met throughout the process. Our field team manages the project schedule, budget and works to resolve conflicts quickly while maintaining constant communication.

Consulting
GenCon’s Consulting and Project Management group represents our clients on challenging and complex projects from start to finish. We specialize in preconstruction, planning, value management and complete project oversight with an emphasis in Life Sciences, Healthcare and Commercial construction.
